Chase Pingel has been an independent insurance broker since 2013. He opened Converse Insurance in 2017.
Converse was launched with the knowledge he had gained and carrier relationships made in the previous 4 years.
Chase and his team put the highest value in using their wealth of knowledge to be able to place their clients with the best carrier, the best coverages and best pricing.
Chase currently resides in Fort Worth TX with his wife and young daughter Piper (2). When he isn’t at the office you can usually find him golfing, fishing, hunting or just hanging out with his family.

Montana Darnell is an Insurance Broker for Converse Insurance where he strives to provide simple and easy insurance solutions for his clients. He specializes in providing insurance for clients who are purchasing homes for either the first time or for clients who have gone through it several times before. He understands how daunting the process can be, so he works hard to make sure the insurance is the least of the clients worries.
His passion for helping families grew from an early age watching his father meet and help to protect his clients as an insurance agent. Montana is able to pull from his background and fathers wealth of knowledge along with the knowledge his has directly at his fingers in the owner of the brokerage Chase Pingel to make the home buying process as smooth as possible.
Montana works with several professional lending companies such as Nexa Mortgage, Supreme Lending, and Cherry Creek Mortgage and many more. His first and foremost objective when working with a new client is to make sure they have a good understanding of insurance as a whole and to educate them as much as possible un-reliant of who they decide to go with insurance wise. He believes the route to success for his clients and himself is to build a good working relationship with them and give them as unbiased advice as possible to make sure they are getting the best possible deal.
If you ever have any questions about insurance in general or your policy Montana would be glad to sit down and discuss your coverages and educate you on anything you might not understand. He does not claim to know it all which is often the case but he has a work ethic that is hard to come by and doesn’t have a problem with letting you know that he might not have the answer right then but will seek out the answer with his wealth of resources.
Rutledge Pate

Rutledge Pate has been a licensed Insurance Agent and Producer in the state of Texas for over 3 years. He has been with Converse Insurance since it’s inception in 2017, specializing in property casualty and commercial insurance.
Rutledge is a native Texan who grew up in Forth Worth, received his undergraduate education from Texas Christian University (Go Frogs), lived in Perth, Australia, then finally settled down in Austin, TX. Rutledge’s impeccable service to his clients are second to none, he will go out of his way to meet all of their needs. Rutledge is extremely knowledgeable with the 30+ insurance carriers we broker with, as well as the coverages and services they provide. This allows him to tailor fit a policy for any risk while getting the best coverage for the best price.
Outside of work, Rutledge enjoys travel, sports, chess, live music, philanthropy, skiing, fishing, hiking, and taking his Australian Shepherd, Townes, to Zilker Park and the Greenbelt. He also has a cat named Beyoncé.

In her spare time, Raven enjoys fishing on the Texas coast, hunting, traveling and most of all…spending time with her husband, Dr. Trey Eilers and their two children, Wren (7) and Ford (2).

My name is Lindsey Emmons, and currently living in Pflugerville, Texas. I graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and am seeking my Master's of Science/Ph.D in Conflict Resolution. I am the Founder/Owner of Emmons Therapies, LLC dba Stable Life Concepts which focuses on ABA, Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy. I have furthered my scope by obtaining licensure in insurance.
I have really gotten to know myself and what I'm good at throughout college and various positions. I have a desire to serve people and learn more about how the world works. I am dedicated, intuitive, competitive, reliable, efficient, ambitious and successful. I wear a lot of hats and bring a variety of skills to the table. I am teachable and willing to mold myself for the benefit of those I serve in my career. I put my all into everything I do, and I really care about the happiness of others. I've never realized how much I love learning and how eager I am to take on new and more challenging responsibilities. I truly have a passion for people of all ages, especially those with disabilities. I plan on spending the rest of my life helping each person reach their fullest potential. More than ever I see what my capabilities are and how far my drive and passion can get me. The world is constantly evolving and growing, and I want to be one of the people evolving with it.
On a more personal note, I enjoy scoping out potential life changing opportunities, discussing controversial issues with close friends, and soaking up sun anywhere there is a waterfront. I've been blessed and cursed with life changing experiences, that I believe make me versed in many different walks of life. I strive to be a loyal friend and employer by being a hard worker and dedicated in all my endeavors. I am a Boston Terrier lover forever!

I have been happy to be a part of the growing team ever since. In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis, spending time with my family and gardening.
